At Kopitos Cocina, we're more than just a restaurant; we're a family-owned business deeply rooted in our community's heart. With each owner actively involved in daily operations and decision-making, we're dedicated to crafting an exceptional dining and catering experience.

Our mission extends beyond serving delicious Mexican gourmet food; it's about supporting our community through events, fundraisers, pop-ups, and festivals. As we set our sights on a permanent location in downtown Newberg, we're excited to become a cornerstone of our city, contributing to its culture and the thriving wine and art industry.

In spring 2024, we'll proudly unveil our brick-and-mortar restaurant, Kopitos Cocina, at 101 E 1st St., Newberg, OR 97132. Our journey began in 2020 as Los Kopitos, offering catering and food cart services during the pandemic. With the success of our first year, we expanded, adding a second food cart in July 2021. In March 2023, we transitioned to mobile services exclusively, keeping both carts fully booked for the summer and fall seasons.

Our services now include catering, food cart offerings, private chefs, and cooking classes, all for both public and private events. Join us on this culinary adventure that's as much about community as it is about cuisine.
